I'll admit getting fit isn't the easiest thing but thankfully it becomes easier over time as you form new habits. I still don't enjoy exercise most of the time but I do it because I do love the benifits of being fit and feeling great.

The best advice I'd give is start off slow and easy and gradually increase speed and distance. Also don't over do it at first as I've seen so many people do this and then give up because it's too much. Never do more than you can imagine yourself doing on a regular basis for the rest of your life.
It's also good to remind yourself of your motivations. It could be aiming to get fit for a vacation, new clothes, to compete in a fun run, to be able to eat what you want ect.. I dabble in acting and find being in plays and film is a huge motivator as you always get fitted for costumes and you want to feel your best when you're infront of so many people. I'm set to be in a play in the middle of winter but it's set in summer so it motivates me to do well on my runs ha ha as I'll probably have to wear dresses and skirts.
